Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin and the Max Delbrück Center for Molecular Medicine have jointly founded the Experimental and Clinical Research Center (ECRC) at the Charité Campus-Buch. The goal is to achieve a sustainable improvement in clinical research and the rapid implementation of new findings and insights for patient care. The Outpatient Department Cardiology Charité Campus Berlin Buch is also part of the ECRC. Here we make ourselves available to our patients and referring physicians with our knowledge and strive in particular for innovative examinations of rare diseases. More precise, our research focus on imaging comes into play, which allows us to detect heart muscle damage non-invasively and at times, at a very early stage.
